Here are a couple of shots of my '69Bug, before, during and after completion. My son and I built it while he was a senior in high school. He is now 36 and my wife and I still enjoy the Bug. The other is my 69 Squareback, work in process. It has a sbc350/330hp, Mustang II front suspension with GM brakes, 700R4 trannie hooked up to a narrowed 9"Ford, 4:11, triangulated 4-bar rear. Ought to be a good little grocery getter for the wife. by the way - the paint was coach enamel - it took 3 days to dry
